Unlimited paid chat is a specific entitlement
Free conversation has a quota. Paid chat is described as unlimited under the service rules, not as permission for automated or abusive activity. That wording should be read in relation to chat, not every feature in the account.
Read the notice attached to a failed send. A quota warning, a login failure and a network error point to different problems; none should automatically be labelled a daily message cap.
Identify which feature is restricted
Text, image creation and video rendering do not draw from a universal allowance. Even Deluxe media benefits do not turn video into an unrestricted feature. Check the entitlement for the action that stopped.

Recall can fail while messaging remains available
Losing an earlier story detail does not establish that the account has exhausted its messages. The thread may remain open while the AI misreads or overlooks previous information.
Restate the current setting and objective briefly, then check the character version and thread setup if either has changed. Clarifying an important fact is more useful than stacking incompatible instructions onto the conversation.
Keep enough detail to explain the problem
Record the affected feature, signed-in account, displayed notice and time. If a screenshot helps, redact private conversation content rather than sending the whole thread.
Before repeating a render, check whether the original job is still running. Before paying again for an apparently locked feature, confirm the purchasing account and the entitlement that should be present.

Can a free Soulkyn account send unlimited messages?
No. Free use is quota-limited. Unlimited chat describes paid access under the service rules, not unrestricted generation or automated use.
Does unlimited messaging guarantee complete memory?
No. Being entitled to send more text does not mean every earlier detail stays in the model's active context or will be recalled correctly.
Why does a video limit remain with unlimited chat?
Rendering has a separate video quota. An unlimited text-chat entitlement does not change that feature's allowance.
