Check which account you opened
An email address and a sign-in provider identify the account you return to. Using another address or a different provider may take you to a separate account, even on the same phone. Compare those details before assuming a saved conversation has disappeared.
A subscription is associated with the account rather than the tab you happen to have open. Confirm the account first when a plan or Souls balance does not match your expectations.
Work through an access problem
Enter the address carefully and remove unintended spaces. If access depends on an emailed message, look in spam or filtered folders and give delivery time before requesting another message. Keep one-time codes and passwords to yourself.
A browser-specific problem is worth testing in another updated browser. Allow the cookies the site needs for a session, and note the exact error if the problem continues. Widespread errors and an individual account problem require different checks.
Review settings once you are back
Account > User preferences contains the model-improvement consent choice. Public biographies should not contain private account information. If you intend to leave the service, review billing, closure and erasure separately instead of treating a sign-out as all three actions.
Questions and answers
Will logging out stop recurring billing?
No. Logging out closes your browser session. You need to manage the recurring subscription separately to change future billing.
Why are none of my earlier chats visible?
First confirm the email and provider used for sign-in. A different account can have an empty list. If the correct account still looks wrong, record the error and follow the troubleshooting steps.
