Give the illustration a point of view
An anime portrait can suggest a genre without deciding the character's personality. Read the background and premise to understand what the Kyn is meant to portray. A narrator for a fantasy world needs different instructions from a companion in an everyday conversation.
Keep the world rules readable
When designing your own Kyn, establish an adult identity and a concrete motivation before expanding the setting. Specify which information is common knowledge and which details the user can discover. Dialogue, narration and the user's own decisions should remain distinguishable.
Use original adult identities
An anime style is not an exception to age or identity rules. A birthdate cannot override a childlike appearance or behavior. Develop an original fictional adult instead of copying a real person, and check that the greeting matches the character you intended to write.
