Connect Lovense to Soulkyn

Link the account after pairing the device

The connection begins with pairing in the Lovense app. Soulkyn then provides a code in account settings. The documented link remains valid for four hours, with a manual-code option for desktop use.

1. Complete device pairing within the Lovense app.
2. Retrieve the connection code from your Soulkyn account settings and use it to link the account.
3. Choose the conversation you intend to connect and find its right-hand device panel.
4. Check the selected device before switching the connection on.

Check the device selected for each thread

An account may register several devices, but a thread selects one device at a time. Recheck the thread's selection when moving between conversations rather than assuming the previous setup follows you.

A device responding to chat commands does not establish a sensor channel back to the Kyn. The documented direction is commands sent to the device, not physical feedback supplied to the AI.

Protect the link as well as the conversation

Keep connection codes out of public posts and unredacted screenshots. They are account-related information. When a connection is no longer needed, end it using the available account controls.

Review permissions for the device, account and conversation separately. Permission to record through a microphone is not permission to connect a device, and neither should be assumed from the other.

Find the stage where the connection stops

Check whether the device works in its own app before reviewing the Soulkyn account link and chosen thread. That order helps distinguish local pairing from an account or conversation problem.

A support request should identify the device, operating system and failed stage. Redact pairing codes and leave out passwords or private chat content. A concise account of the failure is more useful than an entire conversation.
