Data used to run Soulkyn
We may process account details, conversations, submissions and technical usage data to operate Soulkyn, provide support, improve performance and analyze marketing. Automatically collected information includes cookies, browsing activity, and network or device details.
Sharing and communication choices
Where applicable, information may be disclosed to providers, advisers, employees or authorities. External marketing disclosures require opt-in consent, and marketing messages offer opt-out routes. Other websites and services follow their own privacy practices.
Consent for model training
We do not sell chats. Using them for model improvement or training depends on your consent, managed under Account > User preferences.
Flagged material and review
The Blocked Content Policy allows human review of flagged material. A private conversation is not a promise that moderation can never involve a person.
Retention after closure
Usual retention is six years after account closure, with periods affected by legal or business requirements. Erasure rights have legal exceptions; closing an account does not mean every record is immediately deleted.
Ask to exercise a right
Contact the privacy Controller to request access, correction, erasure or processing restrictions. We aim to respond within one month, with longer periods possible for complex or multiple requests.
Identify your privacy request
Tell support which right you want to exercise and how the request relates to your account, so we can identify the concern you are raising.
